    Pros +

    • The staff was very helpful. It was the anniversary of my grandmother, and the hotel offered an upgraded room and a welcome compliment. The sauna was great as well. The breakfast has also met our expectations.
    • We stayed at the 2 bed cottage.Pros - The interiors were exceptional. The layout of the cottage was efficient providing comfort, privacy and an authentic experience. The beds were super comfortable. Master bathroom really well designed and spacious. Felt more like a home and less of a hotel.Cons - No telephone in the cottage made it difficult to reach room service. I had to whastapp the receptionist for everything. Toilets should have a water jet or bidet! There are (big) dogs in the property. They are friendly but they kept hanging around our cottage as our neighbor kept feeding them. Plus they would howl at night which made it hard to get sound sleep on the first night. The second day when the neighbors left, so did the dogs and the nights thereafter were peaceful. There is an amazing restaurant next to the hotel called Pur which made it convenient for us and to not rely on the hotel room service. Please bring sufficient water bottles with you as the hotel only provides 4 water bottles per day. Although the kitchen is equipped there are no basic groceries provided such as oil and salt. The cottages face each other so privacy is limited and there are no great views from the cottage.Overall its a super comfortable and authentic experience living inside the cottage for a family and in that sense i think its one of the best in town.Hotel staff were nice but the service level was not of top guest centric hospitality standards but that's been my experience of Armenia in general so i didn't expect any different here.
    • The location, the renovated, spacious and comfortable room, including the large bathroom equipped with everything you might need. The room is definitely worth of it’s price. Nice breakfast with great coffee choice and wide range of meals. Also the tea at the bar was just absolutely tasty!

    Cons -

    • I wish I could give higher rates for this hotel, but…First of all, when you book a certain room (in this case it was a Deluxe twin room), and pay for it, that’s not quite reasonable for the staff to pretend like there’s only one deluxe room left with a view of the backyard (full of garbage) and then, only after the guests refuse to stay in that room, they act like they are doing a favor “exclusively providing” another deluxe room with a city view and with a more nice balcony. Moreover, me and my mother were there for the 8th of March (Women’s day) weekend, and that would be way better if the staff treated two female guests better, and they could put a single flower or a plate with fruits, or just two glasses of wine in the room for that occasion, but they even didn’t invited us to participate at the specially organized celebration on the first floor on Saturday, although that they could have informed while we were checking in on Friday, or next morning at least. And also, we were too disappointed with the dinner, and we regretted that we had paid for it additionally, although that as I have already mentioned above, the breakfast was quite good. Also the waiters could be more helpful (only one waitress was very nice and friendly).Overall, if the staff could behave better, especially on the Women’s day with two female guests, I could have left a better review, as the facilities and the room really deserve it. Also a couple of years ago we had stayed at this same hotel, and the reception guy upgraded our room from standard to deluxe, thus it was odd for us to experience such a no very nice behavior this time.
    • Its very clean and not noisy
    • One of the rooms heating was not working, but a portable heater was provided

One the central street in town. 2,5 km from ski lift but taxi or yadex is cheap (500-1000 AMD). Very nice hotel.

The dinner lady was super helpful and nice but personally I was not such a fan of the dinner (you can just opt out)

    8HashemPosted on: 2-19-2025

-perfect Location just 5 minutes away from the ski Resort.-Good Room space & clean -Good value for the price

Staff wasn't very friendly when I checked in but I think it's just language barrier.after that they were all very nice

    7T.oPosted on: 2-12-2025

It was good stay in general.

We had a poor experience with check in and difficult language communication with hotel staff. However all was sorted out later.

    10ArminePosted on: 2-9-2025

    Mostly everything

The shower floor was slippery and I slipped and hit my hip, also the TV wasn't connected to the internet

    10AlexandraPosted on: 1-26-2025

Was an amazing experience and the staff took great care of me, especially Artur at reception. Even if we could not understand each other's languages, we tried and had a good laugh. Artur extended a late checkout for me which was super helpful to finish packing AND see the snow falling! WOW! Great location, super comfy and spacious room and will be sure to visit again. Thank you Kecharis and Tsaghkadzor!

I would recommend to have a concierge service available - a bit tricky to try and plan and figure out what to do and how to go about skiing. The team was very helpful and made some recommendations but I still had to learn everything there is to do as it is a small place. Locals know better.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, neat, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was well thought out, from the bedding to the amenities. The service was exceptional; the staff really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay, and the hotel even surprised us with a special treat in our room—such a nice touch! The hotel also had some great facilities. I loved the fact that there was a bowling alley on-site and a unique Caucasus restaurant in the underground level.A couple of tips: make sure you bring your passports, and if you're traveling with kids, don't forget their birth certificates.

    Nothing to say.

    10AnnaPosted on: 1-6-2025

The hotel is in the city center and is close to many restaurants and cafes. The hotel rooms are warm and clean. There is a bowling and billiards, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

does not have a swimming pool

Location was amazing and totally different experience of living in wooden cottage.

Less Staff, rooms telephone not working.

There is nothing great about this property as how they have advertised on 'Booking.com'. Its just the spacious room that you can sleep peacefully in.Location of this property is excellent just to explore Tsaghkadzor and its nearby attractions, otherwise there is nothing great about this property and definitely not deserving a 4 star rating. The amazing Ropeway was just a 5 minutes drive away. But, Lake Sevan was almost a 30 minutes drive away.Rooms are big enough for a small family, 2 nights stay. Bathroom is decent enough. There is a Smart TV in the room. Spacious balcony with a mountain view.

The receptionist ladies are not so pleasing at all or rather did not seem to be so interested to help with any concerns. We did not see any housekeeping being done in our room for the 2 days that we stayed. You don't have anything else here to enjoy free of cost, like an open outdoor area or anything to relax in the evenings. Its just the rooms, and they have some paid bowling area, spa, gym, etc. They have a bar/restaurant attached. Food is not that great in taste but, felt over priced. There is nothing great about this property as how they have advertised on 'Booking.com'. It's just the room that you can sleep peacefully in.We could not enter the Kids Club as it was not open at all during our visit from 04th Aug - 06th Aug and the receptionist did not have an answer to it when we enquired about it.They are not going to help you with any Private/Group Tours or anything, so you better have your own arrangements. There is no Air Conditioner in the rooms so it may be a bit uncomfortable during summer seasons. We felt really hot in the room as we travelled during the 1st week of August.Breakfast was so sad !! You can just try it out if you wake up so hungry in the morning, otherwise please don't. There are better restaurants just nearby.
